How engagements typically progress
Start small, scale only what works.
Most clients begin with a diagnostic, move into a focused sprint once the highest-value fix is clear, and shift to a retainer once the systems need upkeep, not rebuilding.

Paid Diagnostic
1–4 weeks. Stakeholder interviews, a workflow and tool-stack map, a data quality review, a prioritized opportunity register, an ROI estimate, and a 90-day roadmap.

Focused Sprint
3–6 weeks. A fixed scope for a known problem — for example, an automated management report live by day 5 of the month, or a sales pipeline dashboard live in 30 days.
